Day 9&10; Track
These past 2 days have been amazing. I’m improving alot but I know I can do better. I remember when we first ran 30 minute warmups, I can barely hit the 2 1/2 mile. But since this is my 3rd week, I bumped it up to 3 miles in the time period of 30 minutes. It feels really good. And one of the returning freshmen from Cross Country asked me why I was so dedicated and I was astonished. That someone else thought I was dedicated. Someone that has at least gotten a patch at NCS. And that made me realize, that I had to work harder. I hard to run faster, that I couldn’t cheat myself. Because when you cheat yourself, you’re only hurting yourself. So now I plan on hitting 4 miles in 30 minutes. I wish I can run the All-Comers Meet in January):
